Passed a whole week of bread lessons;

1) Pagnotta-a kind of italian bread

2) Savoury-vegie bread, my mom's favourite

4)Ciabatta-known as slipper bread

5) Baguette
6) Baps, Sour Loaf, Fruit Loaf

I went to manly beach with classmates on sunday, the weather was good with breeze, as usual, we ended up with food and kitchenware shopping haha

been doing filo, danish this week, the apple strudel taste really nice and I had finishe the whole tray myself. The donut shape is round like a ball, i have no idea where the hole went and chef said it's a traditional shape (oh, that means krispy kreme donuts r fusion donuts? <-???)

I also learnt how to make Creme Caramel & souffle, but b4 i took the picture, i'd already finished eating them hehe, they taste very good!

I'm staying in sydney this weekend since i'd been abck to Melb for the past 2 weeks. the joey devil been asking me to go back saying there's a big party on sat. nah, i'm 2 lazy to fly this weekend. wanna do some shopping in city n cook tom yum soup which my classmate taught me the other day.

more more more chocolate this week. PS's parents r in melb, we went to pho (the must la) and chillipadi (as usual) for big feast! We had beef rendang, scallops, snow crab, drunken chicken! YUM! :P

Intermediate!!!

oh man, intermediate class started this week. it's getting ALOT harder! i learnt reversed puff pastry: Pasaladiere, Mini-pizza, almond pretzel, hazelnut crescent, Pamassen twist, quiche & Mielle feulle. PL is in sydney doing her IBM training, and PS came over to visit her, so 3 of us went to eat mud crab, seafood, to cut it short, we ate 2 much until PS can feel her jacket is getting 2 tight! hahaha

OO B day

It was OO B day yesterday! we went to a very nice French private kitchen to celebrate. The food was soo good, the wine was soo good, the cake was soo good (hehe:p). indeed, I made the cake, it was a double layer cheesecake. It was my first time doing a Bday cake for frens, even though it was not the perfect perfect cake, I still hope my girl frens like it. Let's share the sweetness and calories! HAHAHHAHA
