oh man, intermediate class started this week. it's getting ALOT harder! i learnt reversed puff pastry: Pasaladiere, Mini-pizza, almond pretzel, hazelnut crescent, Pamassen twist, quiche & Mielle feulle. PL is in sydney doing her IBM training, and PS came over to visit her, so 3 of us went to eat mud crab, seafood, to cut it short, we ate 2 much until PS can feel her jacket is getting 2 tight! hahaha
