I am a little chef now
















I've started my classes with LCB this week. It was very tiring.. i needa get on 06:40 bus and finish at 5pm.. only had 30 minutes break and a scone the whole day. I'll make sure I eat a BIG B'fast next week or else I'll faint...>:P
Did some of the basic this week, e.g. all kind of scones, sponge cake, medeline, Gateau weekend, friand.. etc etc...
Life is getting better this week, I m less homesick..
the kitchen here is 'small!!!"I have to chop on my study table.. AHHAA

lee ching man!! your bakery looks nice :) can't imagine the usual jenny holding a glass of macallan is a decent chef now! (oops think i'm talking too much)

hang in there - i admire your persistence in cooking. time will fly soon, see you in july ;)
