好味呀Yummy!





This was a choux paste week. You must be wondering, what the heck is choux paste, well, if I say.. cream puff... HAHA there u go! I've failed few times, the products came out like sponge cakes, they r supposed to be fluffy...hehhehe and they are gonna be 1 of my practical assessments!!!! Here are the swan, cream puffs, eclairs, Paris Brest that I made.


I'm going out with my classmates this weekend, and some guys invited me to Happy Hour tim!

Sydney Fish Market



I went to sydney fish market on monday. Ordered a BIGBIG lobster and kilpatrick oyster. The sea urchin was very fresh, the crabs were big, the prawns were fresh, but i was 2 full to fill in anymore.

Bread Bread BED!










wow! I'd a whole week bread lessons! from soft roll, crusty roll to wholemeal, seed etc. And as usual, I couldn't sleep on Wed night, even Melatonin doesn't work on me!!! fark fark!

Tomorrow is Mother's day, you got ur mom a present yet?

mini sydney tour

Hi readers, I had 4 days off last week, so I decided to explore this city abit more. Firstly, of coz I went to checkout all the trendy shopping complex and the fine food places. Until now, I still reckon melb is nicer for shoppers! (specialy to YY, nn<--hehe). I went to 'darling harbour' and took some pics:
