wow! I'd a whole week bread lessons! from soft roll, crusty roll to wholemeal, seed etc. And as usual, I couldn't sleep on Wed night, even Melatonin doesn't work on me!!! fark fark!

I think a bit of relaxation will help you sleep, sis. Have you tried jogging? A 20 mins jog, three times a week, will significantly improve your health being. Try it!
excercise makes u feel sooo much better. I miss it, cause its so hot in singapore i burn out after 2 mins not like in UK i can play footie for 3 hrs and be ok.
